Please review these Terms & Conditions carefully prior to accessing the Product Boxes Shop website or executing an order. By browsing, utilizing this website, or placing a purchase order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these terms.
Product Boxes Shop reserves the authority to revise, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior written notice. Revised provisions take immediate effect upon publication to this platform. Continued platform usage following published modifications constitutes full acceptance of the updated terms.
Throughout this document, the designations “Product Boxes Shop,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer strictly to Product Boxes Shop and its operating entities.
Intellectual Property
All structural templates, text, digital renderings, product descriptions, artwork displays, interface designs, logos, software code, and graphic assets displayed on this website (“Website Content”) represent the exclusive proprietary property of Product Boxes Shop or its licensed providers. All content is protected under applicable national and international copyright, trademark, and industrial design laws.
Reproduction, redistribution, alteration, or republication of any Website Content without explicit prior written consent from Product Boxes Shop is strictly prohibited.
Unless formally rescinded in writing prior to production approval, clients grant Product Boxes Shop authorization to document and display completed custom packaging projects, brand names, and logos in portfolio galleries and promotional showcase media.
Client-Supplied Artwork and Files
Clients maintain sole legal responsibility for all digital files, logos, graphics, trademarks, text, and design assets submitted for manufacturing. By submitting artwork or files to Product Boxes Shop, you explicitly represent and warrant that:
- You own the full copyright or possess valid, documented licensing rights to reproduce the submitted designs.
- The provided files do not infringe upon third-party intellectual property, trademark, patent, trade secret, or proprietary rights.
- The submitted artwork contains no unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or fraudulent material.
Product Boxes Shop does not verify intellectual property ownership of client-submitted files and accepts zero liability for third-party infringement claims arising from customer production files.
User Accounts
Account creation may be required to access specialized quotation tools or submit purchase orders. Account holders bear full responsibility for safeguarding account login credentials, limiting unauthorized access to their devices, and maintaining updated, accurate account information. Product Boxes Shop must be notified immediately upon suspecting any unauthorized account activity.
Quotes and Pricing
All quotations issued by Product Boxes Shop are calculated strictly according to the detailed physical specifications, dimensions, materials, and quantities supplied at the time of inquiry. Standard ground freight is included in custom quotations unless otherwise specified. Revisions to artwork, dimensions, order quantities, material stocks, surface finishes, or shipping destinations made prior to final order approval will result in adjusted pricing. Quotations remain subject to final verification and material availability prior to order confirmation.
Order Processing
Production execution commences strictly upon fulfillment of all four prerequisite requirements:
- Final digital proof approval signed or authorized by the client.
- Issuance of formal order confirmation.
- Receipt of verified full payment or approved commercial credit arrangements.
- Final sign-off on all manufacturing and structural specifications.
Clients are required to verify all dimensions, spelling, structural cut lines, color profiles, and coating specifications prior to approval. Once production commences, orders cannot be halted or modified. Once physical manufacturing has commenced past the pre-press setup phase, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
Order Cancellations
Order cancellation requests submitted post-proof approval are subject to the following schedule:
- Immediate Cancellation: Orders canceled within 4 hours of proof approval incur no cancellation penalties.
- Pre-Production Processing: Orders canceled after 4 hours but before pre-press or material setup incur a 5% administrative processing fee.
- Production Setup: Orders canceled within 24 hours of approval where pre-press or material setup has commenced (but prior to physical printing/manufacturing) incur a 50% fee to cover expended labor and dedicated raw materials.
- Full Production: Orders cannot be canceled once physical printing and box conversion have begun.

Proof Approval and Color Variations
Clients carry ultimate responsibility for inspecting every detail of digital proofs prior to granting production authorization. Verification must include spelling, structural dimensions, artwork orientation, bleed boundaries, and finishing callouts. Product Boxes Shop is not liable for errors present in client-approved proofs.
Digital proofs displayed on RGB monitors display inherent visual variance when converted to CMYK offset and digital printing processes. Minor color shifts, substrate absorption variances, and coating sheen differences fall within acceptable manufacturing tolerances. Proof approval signifies acceptance of standard industrial reproduction tolerances.
Manufacturing and Delivery
Production lead times are calculated from the business day following full payment receipt and digital proof approval. Estimated delivery schedules represent planning targets rather than guaranteed completion deadlines.
Product Boxes Shop assumes no financial liability for shipment delays caused by carrier disruptions, severe weather events, customs delays, labor disputes, material shortages, or force majeure events.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Product Boxes Shop, its directors, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages resulting from product usage, delivery delays, or website unavailability.
Total cumulative liability shall not exceed the total monetary sum paid by the client for the specific purchase order giving rise to the claim.
Website Availability
Product Boxes Shop maintains high platform uptime standards but does not guarantee uninterrupted website access. We reserve the right to suspend, modify, or terminate platform services without advance notice for maintenance or technical updates.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without giving effect to conflicts of law principles.
Changes to These Terms
Product Boxes Shop reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Published revisions bind all platform users immediately upon posting.
