Production & Ordering

The typical turn around time at Product Boxes Shop, by the time artwork is approved, is 10-12 business days on most custom packaging orders. But depending on the style of boxes, quantity and design complexity the time of production may differ.

The minimum order quantity normally begins with 100 boxes depending upon the nature and design of the packaging. But we will consider lower MOQs on some styles or materials of boxes depending on the business we are dealing with. Get quotes according to your needs by getting in touch with our sales team.

Yes! There are two kinds of samples we provide, namely:

Digital Mockup (FREE): A 3D rendition of your box of your artwork.

Physical Sample (Paid): A physical sample will be sent to you on payment with the expected approvals. This enables you to see the material, print quality and the make-up prior to full production.

Shipping

We have standard shipment, expedited and international shipping services. All U.S. orders are typically shipped out within 4-6 business days after production. The speed of expedited shipping may be up to 2-3 days. The schedule of international deliveries relies on destinations and customs procedures. All goods are tracked.

Of course, we are global. Delivery times and International shipping costs also vary according to the place you are in. I should mention that, there can be customs duties, taxes, or import fees therefore, it is the responsibility of the customer without an arrangement.

Although we use trustworthy courier companies, there is always a chance of delays in case of weather, customs, or logistical problems. In case your order is changing or spoiled, you may get in touch with our customer care within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will liaise with the courier to fix the problem and we could issue a reprint or an exchange depending on circumstances.

Artwork & Design

Absolutely! All of our packaging products are produced with free design service and dieline templates. In case you still do not have a design in mind, our graphic designers will assist you to develop a professional one that suits your brand without any extra fee.

We suggest that you deliver your artwork in a resolution of 300 DPI in the AI, PDF, EPS, or PSD format. Fonts must be outlined and all the images embedded as well. Even in case of doubt, we have a design team which can optimize your file.

Yes! At all times we request your approval by submitting a digital mock up/ proof of your custom printed box. No production is made until you have signed off the proof to make sure everything looks as you have pictured it.

Please describe such details as the dimension of the boxes, style, quantity, printing preferences and any special finishes. Our sales shall respond to you after 24 hours with a price quotation.

Yes, we have a tier based pricing scheme and re-selling price structure and regular customers. The larger the order, the lesser the prices. We also give special offers to long-time clients and subscriptions.

We are accepting checks, major credit cards, PayPal, wire transfer and corporate checks. We as well provide credit terms on order with any order that is large or frequent. Usually it is necessary to pay in full prior to the production, otherwise, special terms are agreed.
